i'm a senior engineering manager based in copenhagen, leading engineering teams that build and run software at scale — the kind that doesn't tolerate downtime.
scalable.dk is the side studio. courses for engineers who want to ship better agent systems and better software, plus the writing that doesn't deserve a course. i still ship the code behind this site, the lessons, and the side products myself — with ai assistance in the loop, which is part of the point.
but my real expertise these days is what happens when a team of engineers and a body of code outgrow what any one person can hold in their head. that's the topic /scale/ exists to write about. the bet on /ai/ and /craft/ is that staying hands-on — and current with whatever ai-assisted toolchain is winning this quarter — is what makes the management work.
scalable is not a studio you can hire. no clients, no contract work, no investors. the products are mine. the writing is mine.
